*How about the role of the stepfathers? Whenever I think of stepfathers, immediately my mind is struck with the cruelty of the stepfathers in Charles Dickens' novel "Oliver Twist". Then, there may be exceptionally good step-fathers. But how many?
*"Grateful to" might have been more appropriate than "grateful for".
